CEEREF will generate returns for investors by exploiting opportunities in all sectors of under-developed real estate markets of Central and Eastern Europe. Our core markets are Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Macedonia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

CEEREF is targeting an average return of 10 – 15 %, generated through a combination of rent yield and capital appreciation. Our objective is to develop a balanced portfolio of both development and rental assets in all main sectors of real estate, i.e. residential, office and commercial real estate.

In all sectors we are targeting mostly prime assets and prime locations. We are focused on the countries' capitals and other areas where above average growth of population and economic activity is expected.

We target leverage levels of 50 – 60 %. Leverage will be mostly located at the level of operating companies (SPVs).
