The CEEREF management company (CEEREFMC), which is established in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, is the management company of the CEEREF Securitisation Fund and its Sub-funds, and is set up in accordance with the provisions of the Securitisation Law of the 22nd of March 2004. CEEREFMC can appoint different advisers for each of the target markets, based on their local experience in managing real estate projects.
