Near Piran, one of the oldest towns in Slovenia, CEEREF Development Team intends to develop a mixture of luxurious houses and apartments overlooking the entire bay of Piran. The plot is situated at the top of a hill which has a genuine potential for becoming one of the most prestigious areas on the Slovenian coast.

The 12,000 square meters plot is currently facing an infrastructure elaboration. For the purpose of attaining the building permit, a detailed coordination is necessary to be undertaken with municipality government as well as with the neighbours. Nevertheless, the construction of the houses is expected to be initiated in 2010.
